Billing and shipping information is accessible only to Lucky Roots Hydroponics for payment processing and shipping purposes.

Shipping-Return Policy

Shipping

All orders are dispatched via UPS. We aim to ship all items within 2 business days. If an item is out of stock, we will inform you of the estimated dispatch date.

If a special handling charge applies or an alternate carrier/shipping method is required for an item, we will reach out to discuss the details before shipping your order.

Returns

Returns must be initiated within 14 days, and a Return Authorization must be obtained prior to returning any item. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee, and shipping fees are non-refundable. (Refer to our conditions page for more details)
